These terms are an agreement between you and A3E Ecosystem Inc, a corporation in Ontario ("we", "us"), for the A3E Food Inspection Leads service. By starting a trial or subscription you accept them.
1. The service
We send a weekly email listing food premises whose public health inspection ended in a conditional pass or closure, or found significant or crucial infractions, sorted by the services they may need, with a CSV file. We compile the lists from the City of Toronto's DineSafe open data. We may add cities or features and may change the format of the email. The service is for businesses and for people 18 or older.
2. Data accuracy
The data comes from a government source we don't control. It may be incomplete, late or wrong, and a business may already have fixed a problem. Needs are matched automatically from the inspector's notes and can be wrong. The service is provided "as is", for sales prospecting only. We don't promise any number of leads, clients or sales.
3. Your use
The lists are for your own business. You may not resell or republish them as a data product. You are responsible for following the law when you contact anyone on a list, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the National Do Not Call List rules and privacy law.
4. Trial, billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically every month. Plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the plan price each month in Canadian dollars until you cancel. Cancel any time on the Manage or cancel your subscription page (sign in with the email you paid with), from the link in your Stripe receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the paid month.
5. Refunds
If you aren't happy, email us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked. After that, payments for months already started aren't refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or the service was not delivered for that month because of our fault.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
7. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or prices with 30 days' notice by email. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
